Good afternoon, Server 2008R2 WSUS 3.0 SP2 Have not installed KB3148812 or KB3159706 which are known to cause issues. I've been having a bit of trouble with my WSUS server as of late. I am unable to connect to the console receiving the 'Error: Connection Error An error occurred trying to connect to the WSUS server' error when trying to access the Update Services via Server Manager.

I have deleted the cached WSUS MMC file per Event ID 7035 I have checked on the location throwing an access error in Event ID 7032 and the 'Update Services' portion inside of C: Windows system32 config systemprofile AppData Local does not exist. I have checked and restarted all of the services listed in Event ID 7032 as well. They all showed as running to begin with.
