How can I stop these events?!?! Ts flashbackup download. Look into task manager on a few of the machines, see if you can find an if or what is calling for the process to run.
You can also drill down inside of windows and activation. Normally this only runs once every 90 days, however it is fully disable-able. You can also use task manager for a remote machine just like you can for event viewer and computer management. Once you have identified the culprit you could push a GPO if your in a domain or create a batch/vbs to hose the symptoms on a range of pc's if your office (dependent upon the amount of workstations you are managing).
